Gunsmithing Action canted in the stock

I bedded my savage in a choate tactical stock and i noticed the action is canted in the stock. Is this somthing i should worry about or as long as I level the scope will it b ok?

Yes, if its canted your scope will not be above the center line of the bore. You will find that it will have problems with windage.

That is why it is a learning process, grind it out and start back from square one.
