So I ordered my Badger action this week and when it gets here I was thinking I may want to coat the bolt in nickel boron and the action in something like melonite. I have a 700 XCR Tactical and whatever they do to the action and barrel seems smooth and durable. I want that for this rifle. I'm not sure about the barrel at this point, but but the barrel on my XCR seems faster than it should be, so maybe it also. Any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks
