So, you're looking to buy a stock to fit a Winchester, but you want to inlet it for a Remington?

I'm thinking it won't fit worth a crap

    Or...
you're looking at the Winchester style stock and you want to fit it to your Remington.
Try Chad at Longrifles. It ain't cheap, but it's pretty

Yes it would be a flat top, ( no inletting at all done to it). The ols A4 is what i want which they make for a Winchester but not a Remington. So i would order a Winchester blank. I was told by McMillan to hold off as they make that spec stock again.

I've got that style stock on a Remington. Bought a varmint in 22-250 and that was what it was wearing. Paid 350 for it so it was a great deal.
Never shot the original barrel, just had a 6BR barrel spun on and never looked back.
I really like how it fits
