add rails to a Noveske Rogue hand gaurd?

I am looking for a new upper and have read great things about Novenske. Their 18" Rogue Hunter looks to be what I am looking for but I plan to add a front down grip. I wasn't sure if anyone made short rails that can be fitted to this hand guard so I can add the grip. I would also rather not have a full length bottom rail.

That rail should come with three extra rails that you can add where you want.

With the large holes it seems there are no mounting points. Maybe the picture doesn't show the the small mounting points well.

That is a Troy TRX Extreme handguard you can order rail sections from Troy (your upper should come with a few).
