I want to add a bevel to my LWRC m6a2 lower. Will there be any issues with grinding off the anodizing and leaving the aluminum bare?

I'd highly recommend having it done by someone with a milling machine and some skill instead of with a grinder 
. After that, blast, degrease, cerakote, and bake and you won't have to worry about the aluminum oxidizing.
