are you talking about the Thumbscrew so you dont have to use an allen key? or are you talking something like a McM thumbwheel? If you are talking about the thumbscrews to replace the ones you have in there now, check out bauerarms.com

The rear portion of the chasis is just a piece of extrusion. You would have to fab somehting to make it work. New bracket for the cheekpiece, a thumbwheel and then you would have to modify the skins to use the thumbwheel. Anything can be done just there are no parts available.
