Greetings,

I have a manners t4a with standard fill ((not carbon fiber). One issue I have is it is very forward heavy and I want to add some weight to the butt to balance it out a little better.

Does anybody have advice on how I could add some lead or something to the butt? I'm wondering if I remove the adjustable cheekpiece hardware it would open up the stock to where I could drill and add lead or something then replace the adjustable hardware....?

Or if someone knows someone who would do it for reasonable, i wouldn't be opposed to sending it out.

Send it to Manners. I'm, sure they'd take care of you. If you wanted to do it yourself, you could take the buttpad off and drill a decent sized cavity between the clamp mechanism and the bottom of the stock, but do so with great care, otherwise you'll have to fix it with epoxy and refinish it. Nobody wants that job lol. If it were me, I'd give MCS a call, their customer service is second to none.
