Anyone know what this adm mount fits. It is like the ones that fit atlas bipods. But the screw holes are slightly closer together and the whole thing is taller ?

Likely for one of the million little reflex/dot/prismatic sites out there or a surefire scout type light.
Might take some pics next to a machinist's rule and send to ADM. They can probably ID it that way if there is no model stamped into it.
