The 1000 yard line is actually covered now. I was there last week and there's an awning over the 1k line.

FYI from someone on Calguns: The 1,000 yd line is now covered but the new gravel is so loose that bipods sink really bad, even the wide base ones. So bring some carpet or other pad/prop to keep your bipod on top of the surface.
