Hi guys,
I need advice for a head or leveling base for a Leofoto model LN-364C tripod.
Thanks

Isn't your 364C tripod + RRS-TA3 too heavy to carry around at a match? i am looking for light but it get pricey

I just bought the 364C also on the Ebay coupon deal earlier this week. I also ordered the RRS-TA3 head as @shotdown did above. I think this will be a very solid setup. As for weight.....we aren't walking that far at matches. Plus you are toting a 17-22 pound rifle. What is another 5 pounds gonna matter? No, I wouldn't carry it thru the Rockies chasing elk, but as far as a match, I think it would be a non-issue.

It weighs about 6.8 lbs with the head. I have carried it and does add weight but I carried it in my Eberlestock just fine. I would reconsider for a match that requires a lot of hiking though.
