I don't think anyone knows for sure but that seems most likely. I saw where another recent startup solvent trap seller said they are selling what they've got and getting out before something like that happens to them. Fuckin government thugs.

What confuses me a bit is, if that did happen why would they not communicate it on their web site? Facebook page has been nuked as well.

seems like a scorched earth approach was taken.

I have heard rumors that ATF is starting to crack down on the solvent trap business, but no first hand knowledge. Solvent trap companies need to be extremely diligent that none of their parts can be considered silencer parts.
