I have an AI AX with an aina 260 barrel on it currently. I bought the rifle used in 308 and have put approx 800 rounds of 308 through it prior to changing the barrel. I made the barrel swap and verified head space. I have since run about 200 rounds of 260 through it. 10 factory and the rest reloads. Reloads have been new Lapua brass run through a FL sizing die. Loads are 140 AMAX jumping .040"ish at 2700 fps.
The problem I am having is every so often it will not eject a live round. Feeds fine, bullets are nowhere near the lands when chambered, just will not eject a live round every so often. It never did this with 308 best I can remember, all I shot was mostly FGMM.
Any suggestions? Any resource online on how to remove the extractor and ejector to check and detail clean everything?
