Rifle Scopes Ai back up sights

I'm building a aics rem 700 in .308 i was wondering if I could buy the back up sights and put them in the rifle.

Use a Weaver type base and get back up ghost ring peep from NECG.

They also make great front sights with interchangable beads, posts.
Everything expensive and of the highest quality (many custom makers use them)

would the base give me enough elevation with my scope to shoot to 1000 yds? And can I get back up sights for pitcanny rails?
