Lowlight or anybody: Sense you have played with the Change Barrel on AI's how tight is the thread after you unscrew the 4mm bolt. Is it a very close fit, looks like it comes out very easy.

I can't comment on "feel". Not an engineering term I'm familiar with.
With that being said loose is better than tight. It allows the shoulder on the barrel and action to lock up square. That applies to any action.
