AI spigot wobble

With the thumb screw as tight as I can turn it I still have wobble when up on my Atlas bipod. I know I can cant the Atlas but the spigot shouldn't wobble.
Anybody have a fix?

There are lots of fixed. Some people bed the horizontal mating features on the spigot, other people put adhesive backed grit paper on the verticle mating faces. I’ve found the grit paper to be easy and universal. It allows me to swap spigots between rifles without worrying about which was bedded to which.

Try putting a washer under the spigot "knob" in case you are running out of threads before it gets firm.

Use skateboard tape with the gritty side facing each part like these photos. Wobble gone
