AICS 10 round 300 win mag

Searching for aics 10 round mags in 300 win mag. Will need to fit XLR Element chassis (Rem 700 LA). Seem to run about $135 new, found a couple places online out of stock. Can anyone offer suggestion for where to find them in stock from reliable retailers?

Any reason these seem to be hard to find?
