AICS long action mag falls out?

I have a nice 300 win rifle using Surgeon bottom metal. One of my 3 mags falls out under recoil nearly every shot. These are 5 round AI mags. The other two are just fine and rather than shitcanning an expensive mag I'd like to fix it. Any suggestions? I dont want to sell it and give someone else a troubled mag.

Yes. Others have had the same problem because of a weak latch spring. Call Surgeon and they will send you a new one.
