AICS STOCKS 1.5,2.0

Re: AICS STOCKS 1.5,2.0

I dig the 2.0 I have. When walking a long ways, its nice to sling it up with the suppressor down, stock folded... and not have to worry about anything dragging in the dirt.

As far as the folder failing... never heard of it. Mine locks up as solid as if it were one piece.

i iove my 2.0, that being said i think the next stock is going to be a mcree precision folder, same concept uses ar grips still folds and uses same mags and its alot cheaper

Re: AICS STOCKS 1.5,2.0

I have both the 1.5 and the 2.0 stocks on various rifles. The biggest advantage to the 2.0 is the ability to conceal a full-size rifle in a much smaller package (pack, shorter case, etc.). For example, I have a Stage 2.0 LA chassis mated to a custom 300WM with a 26" barrel. With the stock folded, the rifle fits into a 36" Pelican hard case and goes much easier into an Eberlestock pack.

With an 18.5-20" barreled rifle and a Stage 2.0, you are likely looking at a total rifle length with the stock folded of around 30".
