AICS vs AW mags

How much shorter are the AW mags than the AICS mags. If someone has pics of each in the rifle that would be great.

AICS mags are not interchangable with other AW or similar type mags.

I'll get in before Boltripper -- look around and use the search function.

thanks, not sure why I didn't find that when I tried the search. I know they aren't interchangeable, but also know it is possible to modify thr reciever to use the AW mags. I was primarily interested in how much less the AW mags would stickout the botto of the rifle being a double stack.

About the same as 5 round AICS.

This is a 10 round AW out the bottom of a Badger DM

And this is an AICS 5 rounder out the bottom of a Badger

That's exactly what I was looking for. Now I just wish there was a 5 round AW magazine.

I know this is old, but will both AICS and AW .308 mags fit in a Badger DM? I thought they were not interchangeable?

EDIT: NVM, duh. Found it just after I posted. Action needs work to feed from AW mags.
