Night Vision Air rifle issues with mk6 3-18, pvs27 or reapir

Has anyone seen issues with either mk6, pvs27, or reap Ir's on an air rifle? I've heard air rifles are tough on optics and wanted to double check before I wreck 10k worth of glass. Thanks.

I think it's just the spring powered rifles that use to break optics. The PCP rifles that are common today shouldn't bother even the anvil of thermal optics, the ATN thermal.

For a PCP air rifle, I can confirm no issues with a PVS-27. I wouldn't mess with it on a spring air rifle, though - the return springs on those are gigantic. It may be a moot point, since I'm not aware of any spring air guns which even have a rail where you'd be able to mount a clip on.
