Anyone with experience with them for smith work? Good, bad or otherwise? Need a barrel spun up from a blank provide and the B/A assembled

My experience with them ended up being mediocre at best. The work was not bad, but the communication process was just absolutely dismal.

I won’t be a repeat customer, and that’s a guarantee.

Other Texas precision rifle-oriented smiths that I have had excellent experiences with: Horizon Firearms and Roberts Precision.

Built multiple rifles for me and people that I know. Excellent work. If you have parts in-hand their lead times are pretty freaking fast, too.

They built a rifle for me, communication was very good, delivered within provided lead time, and rifle shoots factory match ammo 1/2 MOA or less (usually less) easily.

I have seen a few from Alamo Precision and they have been very accurate rifles.
