Typically sequels suck...especially the 20th one in a series, BUT this one was actually pretty good. Worth checking out.

Eh, I didn't really care for it. I enjoyed all the parts with the xenos on screen. I saw the ending coming from a mile away, I like movies that keep me guessing.

On this franchise the original "Alien" movie set the bar so high on suspense and story line that all sequels have kind of sucked in comparison, Covenant included. Red Box at best.

Better than I expected...still scares the shit out of me...

I saw the original Alien in a brand new theatre the day both the theatre and the film opened. There was this long line..I had no idea whatsoever what the film would be about...some surprise huh?

I finally got around to seeing this last week. I didn't like it. Where was this supposed to fall in the time line anyway? I was almost like a reboot of the original. I really don't like movies where the evolution takes place at an impossibly fast time line, world war Z was the same way. It is just too unrealistic.
