Anyone else know of alternatives to the below? Mainly just interested in forend t slot weight kits as I’ve got buttstock spacers already made.

KRG forend weight - Sold Out
Raven Rock Machine - No Response

I know of all the other options like decoy weights and tire balancing weights, but I’d like something more purposeful if possible. Any other options out there?

Saw some people get real creative with DIY weight systems in the forend, think it was back in the main KRG Bravo thread. Things like thin blocks of molded lead on the top of the forend, fishing weights sprinkled in devcon, that type of stuff.

I have a plan to make some but haven’t got around to doing it yet. I will probably make it in the next week or so. I plan to cover the inside of the front of the stock with packing tape then spray a release agent on it. This will be the area between the aluminum chassis and composite stock. I will use the packing tape to make basically a little bowl. Packing tape works very well for mold making. I’m going to then fill that little bowl with #8 lead shot until I get the weight a want. Once I have the weight I will fill the little bowl and cover the shot with a low viscosity epoxy that will flow through and around the lead shot. Once the epoxy cures it will create a solid piece and can be dropped right out of the chassis. It can then be cut as well as drilled and tapped if I want to only use a few sections or the whole thing. I will post photos of the process once I finish it.

Curious if anyone has used the MDT M-lock weights on a Bravo? Looks like you should be able to add one set to the side slots to gain just over 3/4 lb.

Yeah I was looking for something removable as I run one rifle and hunt with it also. I ended up snagging a different chassis (magpul pro 700) so I throw some mlok weights on and off for different applications. Thanks everyone
