Alternatives to Kifaru Tailgunner 1?

Experiencing a little sticker shock from the Kifaru Tailgunner 1 plus omni belt plus shoulder straps -comes out at $230 before shipping.

Grateful for any pointers to alternative other-brand equivalents.

Both: thanks; that about halves the price!

Are either of you using them as butt packs on the padded pistol belt?
Interested in knowing how stable the mission go bag is when used as a butt pack.

Brown Dog,

Check out the Paladin Line of Mission Go Bags from SO Tech. Same bag but made overseas and about 20% less expensive. I have both and can't really see a difference in quality or construction. Good to go as a butt pack with the strap that comes with them. I actually run with mine now and then. SO Tech also makes a padded hip belt which works well if you need it.

I also like the mission go bag and it is now part of SOCOM issue.
