Rifle Scopes American Defense Mfg. customer service..

NICE!....

just picked up a AD-RECON-20 35mm QD for my Razor.. from midwayusa...
the box was open when i got it, and when i went to mount the scope, to screws were stripped out..

my email to them..

The wrench you got must be wrong, because they are supposed to be the 9/64

head screws.

So what I'll send you is (1)-tap side 35mm ring (1)-9/64 wrench and all new

screws.

Is there anything that I missed?

I only have one item from them, a bipod qd mount. It is much better than the TRAMP I have. Does not mark the rails and stays tight.
Good to know they have good CS should I need it.

I have an ADM mount on my SPR AR15...great mount. However, I would call Midway USA as, it sounds to me like they inadvertently shipped you a mount that was already returned to them as defective or, the original purchaser screwed up the install?

I just recieved my AD-Recon 30mm mount. Great product, fast service, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

i would have, but need the mount working by this weekend, so figured AD would be the quicker route..
