You've got look at the stupidity of the ICE form though. It's got a section on it where the "officer" serving the warrant to the individual signs off that it was served. Just above that though it says officers are "commanded to arrest and take into custody" the person named in the warrant. Call me crazy, but if the officer is able to serve the warrant, why not actually make the arrest? What did I miss?? If the individual actually has the warrant, it seems that would show it had been served. Or do they just mail these warrants out to last known addresses??

The real puzzle is, what doofus would use such a thing as ID? "Sorry officer, I'm an illegal alien and don't have any valid ID other than this warrant for my arrest. Is that okay?" "Sure," says the obliging TSA drone.

At a minimum, maybe TSA should hold them so an immigration officer can actually arrest them! But no - let's allow them to get away.
