My understanding is that unless it can 100% proven it doesn't cause cancer in California it has to be labled that it might cause cancer.
Just label everything. Problem solved. Kind of kills the intent of the law, but fuck'em (and their nanny state bullshit).
Obviously this was the intent of Cali policies.
These folks are in business to make money.
Dealing with the ever changing "policies" of Cali isn't cost effective.
