my new 10/22 TT came with an adjustable v-block. is it advisable to mess with the set screw that butts up against the bottom of the barrel, in order to tweek for accuracy? all advice/helpful hints are welcome.

thanks

Re: another newby 10/22 question

The adjustable v-block is to allow correction for "barrel droop" it is not intended as an accuracy tweek. There are many fixes regarding pressure points or floating the barrel but adjustable v-block isn't one.
Good luck.
