I had some trouble with some Lapua 6.5x47 brass i bought here a while back. the cases were cut wrong and wouldn't go into a shell holder. I contacted Lapua with your guy help. They requested that i send in a few pieces so they could look at them, so i did. A couple days later my phone rang and it was a rep from Lapua. He told me that they were aware of the problem and that they would get 2 brand new boxes of Lapua brass heading my way. I was really impressed to say the least. Thanks again Lapua!!!! Lee

Most manufacturers will give you a good shake if you call and speak civily. Lapua is a good company to work with. All the brass I've bought from them has been good stuff. When I was actively competing I used a several hundred rounds of brass a year.

Who to contact at Lapua Ithink I have some 308 cases out of spec. The necks are really fat.
