Gunsmithing Anti-tilt mod for .223 AICS mags?

Has anyone mod'ed or had to mod their .223 AICS mags to keep the follower from tilting over half way through a magazine? I've got one mag, that randomly tilts, dropping two or three of the last rounds down the front of the mag body.

I'm wondering if someone has added legs (similar to the AR mag anti-tilt followers) to the AICS follower?

Maybe the follower is hanging up on something inside the mag? spring is jacked? Those mags are cheap enough, Id just get another
