Any build ideas?

I've been wantingto do a build for a while now and finaly saved up the money for it looking to do a .223 or a .308 any ideas on what to do with it? Its mostly gonna be for them pesky wood chucks on the farm in the range of 200yrds + so if you have any ideads for the rifle that would be great looking for help with the scope mostly. Thanks

Im doing a groundhog gun right now. If you want a tack driving rifle that is deadly on chucks, and scary accurate out to 1000yds, I would HIGHLY suggest looking into the 6.5x47 Lapua. Im building one now. Bat Action, Krieger barrel, Jewel trigger. Im torn between a McMillan or Manners stock. This caliber is relatively new, but has a strong following and its becoming more and more popular. Us benchrest guys shoot a lot of 6PPC. But we have been seeing scary accurate rigs shooting the 6.5x47 Lapua recently.
