I usually purchase dies for a given cartridge from a single manufacturer... whether it's Hornady, RCBS, Redding, Forster, or whatever. So, both my FL sizing and seater dies for, say, .223 Rem are from Forster, and both my FL sizing and seater dies for 7.62x39 are from RCBS.
Anyhow, would there be any drawbacks to running a FL sizing die from, say, Redding and a seater die from Forster?
I can't think of any problems that would result from doing this, but I've been known to be wrong on occasion.
