Any experience with MPA 224V bolt action?

Me too.

I have a mpa 6.5 (love it) and been thinking about a 224. I want to know if it shoots factory ammo well, specifically the 88 eld. I don't handled.

Anyone here own a 224V MPA bolt action? Curious about range reports from this rifle. Have shot the 6.5CM and a few others but interested in this as a trainer/short match rifle.

I've been running a 224 Valkyrie bolt gun for about 8 months now. Shoots very well. I've ran it in PRS style matches. Very easy to hit 1000 yards. I'm running the 88gr ELDM at around 2830 with XBR and 205. I did notice with BR4s I was getting another 30 fps. A couple of weekends ago, we did the small game match with very small targets and it shot well in 17-23 mph winds. Have to trust the hold call... lol. I want to clarify that my 224 bolt action was mounted on an MPA Hybrid and I switched to the MDT ACC. But both chassis handled it very well. I use the same magazine set up as MPA uses. AICS with Primal Rights 6BR adapter. Also the elevation holds are a little better than a 6.5 Creedmoor but very similar inside of 800 yards.

So is this a factory MPA 224V or a custom build? I'm in process of deciding between stock MPA vs custom action with ACC chassis.

I'm trying to find details on the factory mpa224v and how it shoots. I'm confident a custom build will perform well but interested in the MPA as a ready to go solution.

This one is a remington 700 receiver with a custom PTG bolt. So the answer is NO it is not an MPA built rifle but I did have it mounted on an MPA which was just as accurate as on the MDT ACC that it's on now. The barrel is a 26" MTU match by Criterion. I'm building a second 224 Valkyrie but this time with Big Horn and Benchmark Barrels. It's a fun accurate rifle.

If you decide on the MPA rifle, let me know. I can get you hooked up.
