Rifle Scopes Any ideas on marking my scope ring?

Another small problem with my IOR ffp 3-18... I bought USO rings for it after the med. V-Tac rings were too high. Anyways these rings are so thick that I cant see my hash marks on my elevation turret to get them to line up. I saw a picture somewhere that someone had the top of there ring etched to line up with the hash marks. Any other ideas or any idea of who can etch the top of my ring if that's my only option.

USO can do them...I think.
Call them and ask.

I'm with Raf on this one.
If USO says no (highly unlikely) search for laser engraving in Texas on google. Shouldn't be a big deal.

Send the top cap over, we can make a mark on the top that you can use for a index marker. You pay for shipping and we'll take care of the rest.

You'll be hard pressed to get a more definative answer than that on the internet! It sure is nice to buy quality products from good, American companies with great service after the sale, isn't it. I feel like too many people have forgotten that - the lowest price dictates everything.
