Any of you clocked the Remington 45gr JHP w/ 18"?

Looking for velocity of the .223 Remington 45gr JHP (L223R7) out of an 18" barrel. I found some data on another forum that suggested they clocked 3379 out of a 20" 1/7 barrel. Manufacturer lists these rounds at 3550fps.
