Anybody tried the LaRue 50BMG QR mount?

I have the Smith Enterprises 50 rings on my BMG and they are the cats azz but HEAVY, and obviously not very mobile in terms of using your scope on multiple platforms.

I've got one of their spr QD mounts. Almost bought the 50 but it was overkill for my 308. Basically the same as what I have exact a bit chunkier and has three levers and not two. They are on the heavy side but that's because they are so rock solid.

If weight is the main issue I'm sure larue will give you the spec of the 50 mount. I think they 50 comes with 30 moa taper but I could be wrong.

yes, Larue's .50BMG mount has 30 MOA built in.

I have read that you can call Larue and ask for a 20 MOA model. It's not on the web site and I have not confirmed.
