I don't know anything about those, but maybe consider the White Oak SDM barrel. It also is a 20", 1-7 twist, 223 wylde chamber, and it's slightly cheaper.

Saturn makes some nice barrels ,I have never personaly owned one but have a shot a couple rifles built with them , one was a 6mmBR that shot in the low .2's and the other was a custom 280 Ackley , the actual barrel was an ABS carbon fiber but Saturn supplied the blank

Satern has a good rep. Those barrels are very heavy though, but I guess it all depends on what you're going to do with it.
