HORRIBLE I have had a 338 drilled blank there for over a year. Mike finally called me a couple of months ago and said he would get it out. Nothing. I called today actually got some guy that is supposed to be the "new sales guy" and he wanted nothing to do with me said call Mike direct and of course Mike didn't answer his phone. Go with the ones Rock is selling on the group buy at least they will stand up and deliver.
