Anybody loaded with the Wideners surplus 4895 yet?

I have ordered a significant ammount of the surplus 4895 from Wideners, and am waiting for it to cool off at night here so I can start working up some loads for my 308 and 556.

Has anybody tried this powder yet? If so how is it performing?

I got mine from Pat's Reloading back in November 2008. It loads fine and shoots dandy in 30-06 and 223. The surplus H335 is fantastically consistent as well in my 223, 6-223 and 204 Ruger.

Load a little low as always and work up some loads, you'll have no problems if your powder is like the batches that I got.
