I ordered an ASR flash hider during the July 4th sale (2 weeks ago) and it still hasn't shipped. I know they are slammed with the BOGO deal but is that normal for accessories?

They are VERY busy. I had a little trouble getting thru to them on the phone but, once I did, they were awesome!
I got this as part of an email this morning:
"Thank you for registering your SilencerCo product. We will be entering your free Octane 9 and Octane 45 shortly. Please allow a minimum of four months for your free suppressor to ship. "
So, my advice is to just hang back and wait. Verify that your can was registered of course but, I think if we hang tight, SilencerCo being an awesome company will sort it all out.

It does seem rather excessive to have a flash hider shipped out. I'll try calling out there but I'm not optimistic about getting through.
Silencerco contracts out their accessory order fullfillment to another firm. If it hasnt shipped yet their is a good chance the other vendor is waiting for them on backorder and silencercos website hasn't been updated yet. I have waited 60 days before for some encaps that said they were in stock.
I bought 2 cans in the BoGo, registered them both. Registered 1 about 3 weeks ago, the other about 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received any email confirmation (I did try to register again thinking it didn't go through and got an error saying that suppressor has been registered already). I have emailed them twice (once a question about an accessory and once about the status of my registrations, to make sure they got through since i got no confirmation), both were 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing.
I received a confirmation email stating they received my registrations and are reviewing the paperwork (receipt verification for free ones I’m sure). It took a couple weeks to get that after I registered on their website.
It took about 5-7 days or so for me to get confirmation from SilCo after I registered the suppressor I bought during their promotion.
Bought 3 items throughout the promo period, and received only 1 reply. The other two registrations/orders I placed have not been acknowledged from Silencerco. I’ve been about 2 weeks in at this point.
