Anyone Ever See

Has anyone ever seen the rifle listed at the link below? I do some periodic "surfing" on firearms-related auction sights, just to check stuff out. I came across this and it looks a little funky to me. The lack of description is rather ominous, but it "looks unfired..."
Probably doesn't fire because that damn trigger-looking deal does not work! Is that a trigger? Am I off base and out of the loop?

very interesting...I can't get over the trigger. I also ran across another rifle I've never heard of: Keppeler KSV...only 4,000! I often haunt the classified on here, but I have never seen either of these rifles for sale. Curiouser and curiouser...
