I got the chance to take a new rifle out this weekend and was just shooting SW Ammo loads to get a zero and get some once fired brass. So with this being all Southwest Ammo I shot the following loads in 260 Remington.

139 scenar's with New Lapua brass (everything went smooth and got decent groups)

139 scenar's with New SSA brass (some hard to chamber and some hard the last few degrees of bolt lift)
136 scenar-L's with New SSA brass (some hard to chamber and some hard the last few degrees of bolt lift)
142 smk's with New SSA brass (some hard to chamber and some hard the last few degrees of bolt lift)

I did make a mistake packing up for the range and brought a cleaning rod that was too large for the bore, so the gun went uncleaned for the first 37 rounds. The groups opened up around the same time I started to have trouble with some of the cartridges. I haven't made the time to check dimensions on the unfired rounds with SSA brass, but the fired SSA brass and Lapua brass look fine and about the same in dimensions. Some did have a few flattened primers.
