From what I have found it is a 700 barrel length is 16.5 chambered in .223 1/9 twist, threaded in 5/8 X 24 . This would be perfect for a build i am putting together to take my wife and daughter with me to the range. Ive looked around but they are sold out everywhere. It is not even listed on Remington`s site. I am looking for what kinda of velocities are people getting out of this setup.

I own one. Swapped out the trigger and had the forearm stiffened when I the action was bedded. This has allowed me to shoot off a bipod. And shoot it does...it really likes both the 53 and 69 SMK's

the one i had my eye on sold. Since most of my shooting is inside 500 thought it would a a great little gun to have.

You might send an email to lowpriceguns.com. That's where I got mine through GunBroker. They have got great customer service.

I got one for myself have not take out yet. We stock them also.

Saw one at my LGS. They had all three (.308/300BLK/.223) line up on the wall.

I'm interested in picking up this rifle in .223. My question is...is the barrel threaded 5/8x24 or 1/2x28? I plan on running a Silencerco Saker on this rifle, but it is designed to use on barrels threaded 1/2x28. I know that the .308 version is threaded 5/8x24, but it doesn't make any sense for the .223 version not to be threaded 1/2x28. If this rifle is threaded 5/8x24, how are you guys running a 5.56 suppressor on a 5/8x24 threaded barrel? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
