Anyone having a hard time getting through to Giraud Tools?

Ive been trying to call to place an order for the last 3 business days and its been a busy line this whole time. anyone else having a same problem?

I got through but he never sent what I ordered. Months ago.

Buddy of mine ordered a new trimmer about a month ago. He was told 5 month lead time!

I ordered a 6.5 CM case holder and cutter and got through on the first try a month ago. Took about 3 weeks to ship.

The case holders & cutters he ordered will come in early. About 5 week lead time he tells me. And he thinks he's free to use my machine! Going to cost him many drinks.

I had to try a few times to get past the busy signals. But got a hold of them yesterday. They said July for powered trimmer.
