I would guess it's one of the made for the Suburban "Hummer" kits or a custom job of some sort.

I saw two of those m-atv's on the back of a flat bet in the local wall mart parking lot abt 3 months ago. they are so well armored and you can see the thick steel and glass, also has a skid plate abt 1 inch thick. Would loved to take it for a spin but no dice. Wonder what they cost?
