Gunsmithing Anyone know which gunsmith logo this is?

There is a Circle R gunsmithing in Mountain View, Arkansas. Can’t say if that’s there logo, but might be a lead.
I looked into that and it's not them.... anyone else have any info?
I would think it would be a barrel manufacturer not a gunsmith.
No, it's a Hawk Hill barrel. I just don't know who did the chambering job, got the barrel from someone who got it from someone else and couldn't recall who the gunsmith was.
Maybe Red Rider? Or would that be an RR in a circle , LOL
