anyone loading .260 with 3031?

I know it's not ideal and I'll be limited in velocity but I have 16lbs of 3031 in the closet.

Anyone loading the 139's with 3031? I should/could probably go with cheaper bullets using the 3031 until I can get some 4350.

This is not exactly what you asked, but may help. I have loaded a 7mm-08 (140 grn) with IMR 3031, it worked great in a 20" barrel and gave good velocities. I can't remember the exact charge. Best I can remember it was in the 2850 to 2900 fps range. I believe PO Ackley listed some loads with IMR-3031 in one of his books.
