Hunting & Fishing Anyone make a homemade ecaller?

Just curious to see if anyone has done anything like this:

Im gonna make in non wireless though. Planned on using my mp3 player that i put a crap-ton of sounds on from mccustomcalls.com. Shouldn't be expensive at all, around 50-60 for all the parts. Anyone with some tips are welcome to share.

Yup, I made one with the same parts as the first post. With the exception that I put it all in a short 4" PVC pipe.

Ya I went into radio shack friday and picked up all the parts. They had a hard time finding the miniamp, kept saying all they had were the turntable style ones. I had to search the store and find it for them. I just got the amp, powerhorn, and the 2 cords. i didnt need any adapters for my ipod. definitely wasnt going to rig up a led light. its really simple.

I did the Varmint Al's version.

I just use my black berry and downloaded Varmint Al's sounds and other sounds.

The radio shack amplifier takes some sound quality out but it's OK. I also bought some way-thick speaker wire for between the amp and the speaker.

Cheap/fun/effective!
