Anyone replaced a BOSS w/a suppressor?

Excuse me if there's a more appropriate sub-forum for this question:

Have any of you replaced a Browning BOSS with a suppressor? Seems like it'd be cake; just need a can with matching threads. I really like my A-bolt '06, but it's SOOO loud w/the BOSS, and I'd really rather be courteous to those around me (as well as my own ears and those of family & friends I might be shooting with). Anyone? Thanks.

I cant see why it wouldnt work just like the brake would. You can adjust it the same way. i would say give it a try

If the threads are concentic to the bore it should be a go.

You know that they do offer a solid BOSS so that you don't have to have the muzzle brake right?

You can get a solid BOSS for your rifle at midwestgunworks for $30.00. They are quieter, don't tick others off and you retain your barrel tuning capability.

Thanks for the thoughts fellas. I think I'll check more into the suppressor option.

Dagger-- Not sure about now, but when I got mine, the solid BOSS was no-charge from Browning.
