Anyone Shooting an Odin Works 6.5 Grendel

Just put the buils together, and boy that handguard was a pain!

Wondering what other's experiences have been like with their 6.5 Grendel barrels. Mine is an 18". Did it like particular loads? I have a few boxes of Black Hills 123 ELDM to shoot for break-in.

I've got an 18" Odin works 6.5 grendel barrel on an AR-15. It shoots MOA or just better with hornady match 123 grain AMAX loads. That said, I have not tried anything else. That is what I have no hand.

Good to know! Should be interesting to see what i can get for accuracy out of it once i start handloading.

What magazine are you using, or is that strictly for pic? Don't recognize it as one typically used with a Grendel. What was fit up issue with hand guard? Nice looking build.

Just threw in a pmag. I have some 6.8 spc mags on order (midway special). All rounds cycled fine from the pmag.

i have to readjust the screws holding the handguard, it came out lop-sided. It was also a pain to get that gas tube pin out.
